We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or other available methods, depending on your preference. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after the return is received.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items may not be eligible for return, such as opened or used products. If an item is non-returnable, this information will be clearly stated in the product description.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return and offer a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
6. Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing the order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
